FAQ

Is this XenonFlare platform status or my own status page?

status.xenonflare.com is XenonFlare's own platform status. Customer status pages live at xenonflare.com/status/your-slug and show only your monitored sites.

Which plan includes uptime monitoring?

Starter, Growth, and Agency include uptime and SSL monitoring. Free workspaces can preview the UI but need an upgrade to run probes.

How is this different from scheduled SEO crawls?

SEO scans audit pages for issues. Uptime probes are lightweight HTTP checks every 5 minutes plus TLS validation — built for downtime alerts, not content analysis.

Can I monitor staging or password-protected sites?

Yes. In property uptime settings (or PATCH /properties/:id/uptime via the Developer API), choose HEAD, GET, or auto and optionally save HTTP basic auth credentials for protected environments.

Add uptime monitoring to your SEO stack

Start on Starter for probes and one public status page. Scale to Growth for unlimited pages and manual incidents, or Agency for white-label client-facing status.
