By accessing or using XenonFlare at xenonflare.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

XenonFlare is a product discovery platform where makers can submit websites, apps, and projects, and the community can upvote, visit, and discuss them. Features may change as we iterate. The core software is open source under the MIT license — see Open source and GitHub.

• You must sign in with Google to submit, upvote, or comment
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Provide accurate information and keep your username and profile appropriate
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community

You retain ownership of content you submit (projects, comments, profile details). By posting, you grant XenonFlare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating the service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others' rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive projects
• Harass others or post illegal, hateful, or abusive content
• Manipulate votes, rankings, or engagement unfairly
• Scrape or overload the service in ways that harm availability
• Attempt to access others' accounts or private data
• Use XenonFlare to violate any law or third-party rights

Project submissions may require approval before appearing in public feeds. We may reject, remove, or archive content, and we may limit features, at our discretion to protect users and the platform.

Projects and profiles may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. See also our Disclaimer.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XenonFlare and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. The effective date will be updated when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
