2. Description of Service

XenonFlare provides a cloud-based autonomous content studio allowing users to manage, schedule, and distribute video content to platforms including YouTube and Instagram.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ownership: You must own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for all content you upload to our servers.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service of all linked platforms (YouTube, Instagram).

4. Platform Integrations

XenonFlare uses official APIs to interact with third-party services. By linking your YouTube or Instagram accounts, you authorize us to perform actions on your behalf, such as uploading videos, setting metadata, and retrieving analytics. You can revoke this access at any time through your platform settings.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All sales are final. Because XenonFlare offers immediate access to digital features, cloud storage, and automated processing tools, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a subscription is active, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

6. Limitation of Liability

XenonFlare shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
