Use of the service
You may use Xenonflare to create short-form video scripts, images, audio, captions, and related assets. You are responsible for the topics, prompts, custom styles, and other inputs you submit, and for how you use generated outputs.
Accounts and credits
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted by the pipeline.
Refund policy
Purchases are final and non-refundable. Xenonflare is a software and electronic product that incurs third-party infrastructure, AI generation, rendering, storage, and payment processing expenses when credits are used or generation work is started. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.
Prohibited activity
You may not use Xenonflare to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, generate illegal or abusive content, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, or resell access without permission.
Generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for ensuring your use complies with platform rules, applicable law, and third-party rights.
Availability
The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. We may modify features, pricing, credits, or these terms as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Xenonflare is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, content claims, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
