These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to xenonflare.com, app.xenonflare.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by XenonFlare.

1. The Service

XenonFlare provides SEO analysis, recommendations, and optional automated changes to websites you authorize. Features vary by plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

2. Accounts & authorization

You are responsible for accounts connected to the Service, including Google login for the web app. You must have authority to connect any website you add. Keep credentials confidential.

Optional Connectors (Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4) use Google OAuth with read-only scopes. You initiate each connection, choose which property to link, and may disconnect at any time from the app or from your Google Account security settings. By connecting, you confirm you have permission to access the linked Google properties for the websites in your workspace. Google's terms and policies apply to your use of those Google services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate law or third-party rights
  • Probe, scan, or crawl systems you do not own or lack permission to test
  • Abuse public tools, API endpoints, or rate limits
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses

4. Billing

Paid plans for the web app at app.xenonflare.com are billed through Stripe.

  • Prices — List prices are shown exclusive of tax. Stripe Checkout may calculate and collect applicable sales tax or VAT (Stripe Tax) based on your billing address.
  • Free trial — Starter, Growth, and Agency include a 7-day free trial on monthly billing only (one trial per web workspace). Annual plans are not eligible for a trial. After the trial, your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel through Stripe.
  • Cancellation — You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Refunds — Refunds follow Stripe policies unless required otherwise by law.

5. AI & recommendations

AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to live sites. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XENONFLARE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
